Ecigs are so much better than tobacco cigarette. When it comes to health, ecigs beat classic cigarettes in all aspects. Ecigs emit no dangerous smokes and fumes like tobacco cigarette does. Consequently, ecigs aren’t a cause for any serious illness or medical condition. The nicotine in ecigs can be controlled – you can be vaping as long and often as you want, but with lower concentrations of nicotine in your eliquid, you stand much better chances to eventually quit smoking forever. There is no second hand smoke that can be harmful for people around you – therefore no risk of passive smoking.

Ecigs are cheaper because over time you won’t be spending so much money you would otherwise be spending on buying new cigarette packs all the time. People save dozens if not hundreds of dollars every month by vaping ecigs.

Probably the biggest benefit of ecigs is that they are environmentally friendly. As all pieces and parts of ecigs can be reused or recycled, with the proper use and waste control, a big ecological problem might be solved literally overnight. No more dangerous atmosphere pollutants and cigarette butts being tossed on the ground.

Now, all these benefits above scare the hell out of big tobacco companies and governments. Even pharmaceutical industry sees ecigs as a potential threat because the market for nicotine replacement therapies is huge and it makes them nice dough every year.

As governments have the most power and “credibility”, they tend to ban ecigs from use. The reasons they mention are ridiculous and funny most of the time. For example, they say that ecigs are being advertised as safe and therefore can be appealing to kids and youngsters. They could even be a gateway to smoking real cigarettes. Now, imagine yourself as a 15 year old teenager with two options – a 10$ cigarette pack or a 100$ ecigs package with all the necessary equipment. Which one would you choose?

The reasons why tobacco and pharmaceutical companies and lobbies don’t want ecigs to become popular are obvious – they don’t care about your health, they just want their part of the market share. Governments don’t fancy the idea of ecigs because they can’t be classified as tobacco products and therefore can’t be taxed. Taxes from cigarettes and other tobacco products are huge and governments rely on that money. They don’t want to lose it. So again, they don’t care much about your health, they just want to ensure the money flow is constant or growing. They don’t want to see it drop.

Because of all these reasons mentioned above, ecigs aren’t well researched yet. Anti-ecigs people use this “evidence” as well – they speculate and come up with theories that hardly have anything to do with reality.

Don’t believe everything you see or hear about ecigs. Use your logic instead. If you are smart enough, you should try ecigs and join the revolution as soon as possible!

Here are some facts first. E cigs can be categorized into 5 categories by nicotine levels in their cartridges – zero, low, mid, high and extra-high. 6-8 mg/mL fall into the low category, 10-14 mg/mL are in a mid range, high is usually considered to be 16-18 and ultra-high is from 20 to 50 mg/mL. Now, scientists have done their homework and have found out that the toxicity levels of nicotine are 40-60 mg in the bloodstream. That’s 2-3 cigarette packages. Now, when you smoke that much, you get dangerously close to those levels. Still, people who smoke that much usually smoke for years and have made their body accustomed to nicotine and therefore have raised the “bar”. For a non-smoker 40-60 mg may easily represent a lethal dose.

Every tobacco cigarette when burned and inhaled usually delivers ~1 mg of nicotine into your body. E cigs (when their cartridges get fully empty) probably deliver more, however it’s almost certain that not all the nicotine from the cartridge finds a way into your body. Still, let’s make a wild assumption and say that all the nicotine from the e cigs cartridges gets into your body. If you use extra-high nicotine concentration liquids, then you shouldn’t deplete more than 1-3 cartridges a day (depending on the concentration). However, even if you do it, it’s important to understand that all the nicotine that enters your body leaves it in 72 to 96 hours. It’s an ongoing process, and if you inhale eg. 20 mg, after 5 hours that number should certainly be lower. E cigs of high, mid and low concentrations can be freely used throughout the day – after all, you will feel yourself when your body is “satisfied” by the amount of nicotine and doesn’t crave for more.

How many people have intoxicated themselves with e cigs? If there was even a single case, don’t you think it would cause a global buzz? There are too many people just waiting for something like that to happen because they have their reasons not to support e cigs – the list of those reasons would be too long to fit in this text frame.

On the other hand, the supporters of the “e cigs don’t deliver nicotine as claimed” idea can shut their mouth as well. While there still aren’t enough exact data about how much nicotine you actually get with e cigs, you can rest assured that enough of nicotine enters your system as so many people who have tried e cigs and are probably vaping right now are the only proof you need. Smokers NEED nicotine and they feel when it’s missing.

The fact that there are still, even 3 years from official e cigs introduction, no regulations in most states and countries.

Finally, some officials claim that e cigs are being presented as “safe” and “healthy” and therefore mislead customers and potentially appeal to children and teenagers. Again, the lack of regulations sometimes results in e cigs and vaping being introduced as safe and healthy. While they are certainly healthier than tobacco, they can’t be considered to be completely harmless. There is still nicotine involved in the process. However, the cases where vaping is promoted that way still present an insignificant minority. When it comes to children or teens, officials should rather focus on educational programs that will teach them how tobacco and nicotine are bad than count the money from tobacco taxes flowing in their pockets. Do you honestly think children would spend 50-100$ on e cigs?

Electronic cigarettes help you in many ways. You can use them as either a safer way to smoke everyday and anywhere, if you would like to keep smoking, or you can use them to quit smoking. If you choose to quit smoking by using the electronic cigarettes method, my advice to you would be to purchase the same milligram (MG) equal to your current cigarette brand. By this I mean, if you are smoking Full Flavor Marlboro cigarettes, you choose the 16MG cartridges. Once it’s time to buy refills, go to the next lowest MG available and work your way backwards, until you reach the non-nicotine cartridges. Once you are at the non-nicotine cartridges, you can either lay down the electronic cigarette or if you still have that urge of wanting to smoke one, the non-nicotine cartridges are safe enough to use, in order to take away that loss feeling.

In my own personal thoughts about electronic cigarettes, I found them to be a lot more refreshing than traditional cigarettes. I chose to go with the company called “Blu” and bought my starter kit for $59. When they came in the mail, I couldn’t wait to try it out to see what it tasted like. The electronic cigarette, itself, was quiet heavy because of the battery, that is inside of them. When I took the first puff or pull off of the cartridge filter and inhaled, I was quite amazed. It did not have a bland taste to them or anything nasty tasting. I chose to go with the menthol flavor, since I’m used to smoking Newports. Compared to them, they were actually better tasting and had a fresher feeling to them.

As the time went by, I never had a craving to go back to traditional cigarettes and I have told so many of my smoking friends about the electronic cigarettes and had my friends try a pull off mine. They were so impressed that they ended up buying a starter kit, as well. So, everyone I know is “e-smoking” and it’s so nice. I will never switch back to traditional cigarettes.

Many people may have heard about the remark FDA made about a chemical found inside of the electronic cigarette, which is used in anti-freeze. What they didn’t realize is that the chemical is basically inside of many foods and other quit smoking products such as NicodermCQ and Nicorette.

For every nicotine cartridge used up, ecigarette users can enjoy up to 300 puffs, which is 20 times more than the ordinary cigarette. The electronic cigarettes do not burn down, making them last longer and each puff well be worth the price of each cartridge.

The cartridges are available in four nicotine strengths — high, medium, low and zero-nicotine strength. However, each cartridge delivers less nicotine than an ordinary cigarette. This important difference is one basis for the notion that electronic cigarettes can help break the habit. There is, however, insubstantial evidence to support this. Nevertheless, tobacco researchers and doctors do not eliminate the possibility of using electronic cigarettes in smoking cessation therapy.

Battery: The small battery powers the heating element of an ecigarette and is rechargeable. The full charge lasts for about a day. LED light cover caps the battery which indicates the activation of the device. The color of LED is mostly orange to resemble the burning of the real cigarette.

How an Electronic Cigarette Works: When the smoker inhales through the mouthpiece, the sensor detects the airflow and activates the heating element or the atomizer. The heating of the atomizer, vaporizes the nicotine solution filled in the mouthpiece. These vapors look like smoke and offers the smoker the same feel and taste of a traditional tobacco cigarette.
